The Sightings Guarantee
Nature is beautifully unpredictable. While we use the latest solar data and weather forecasting to find the best viewing spots, sightings can never be 100% guaranteed.
Our Promise: If the Aurora does not appear during your cruise, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide a Complimentary Return Ticket. This ticket is valid for three years, giving you plenty of opportunities to catch the lights on your next clear night.
Weather & Cancellations
Safety and visibility are our top priorities. If the sea conditions are too rough or the cloud cover is too thick, we may be forced to cancel the tour.
- Notifications: In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you via email as early as possible.
- Options: You will have the choice to reschedule for another night or receive a full refund.

- Our Sightings Guarantee: Nature is unpredictable. If the Northern Lights are not spotted during your cruise, we invite you to join us again for free on the next available tour. If you are leaving Iceland before your next chance, your return ticket remains valid for three years.
- Seasickness & Comfort: The Amelia Rose is a heavy, stable yacht designed for comfort. However, if you are concerned about motion, we provide complimentary seasickness tablets onboard.
